Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer provides executive leadership and oversight of OCP’s operations, translating organizational strategy into effective operational plans and results. This role partners with the CEO and senior leaders to strengthen financial and operational performance, advance technology and data initiatives, and lead shared services divisions including IT, HR, and Finance. The position fosters a culture of trust and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.
