About this role
The Chief Philanthropy Officer and Campaign Director is the senior philanthropic leader for the hospital, reporting to the system-wide VP for Development and partnering closely with the hospital President. The role provides strategic direction and oversight for major giving initiatives and transformational campaigns, focusing on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding individual, corporate, and foundation donors regionally and nationally. The CPO represents the hospital externally and collaborates with clinical leaders, trustees, and volunteers to align fundraising priorities with system-wide objectives.
