About this role
The Chief Product & Technology Officer will own the full product and technology mandate for a fast-growing Banyan operating company, leading a multi-year modernisation of a mission-critical enterprise platform while maintaining operational reliability. This executive role is accountable for unified product and engineering governance, establishing modern SDLC and architecture standards, and defining the data and AI strategy. The CPTO will build and develop high-performing product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams and serve as the executive technology liaison to customers and partners.
