Chief Program Officer

The Chief Program Officer provides executive leadership for Self Enhancement, Inc.'s Youth Services, Community & Family Programs, and Resident & Wrap-Around Services departments. This role translates the organization's strategic growth plan into program priorities, oversees department directors, and ensures culturally specific services are delivered to young people, families, and residents. The position involves building new services, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to promote stability and long-term success.
