The Pre-Approval Controlled Function (PCF-14) Chief Risk Officer for Northern Trust Company Ireland Branch is the senior risk executive responsible for the branch's independent risk management function, subject to Central Bank of Ireland authorisation and approval. The role provides senior-level oversight of the branch’s risk framework, governance and regulatory alignment and is designated as a Material Risk Taker. The position is subject to the Senior Executive Accountability Regime.
