Chief Risk Officer

The Chief Risk Officer leads the enterprise-wide risk management function at Conning, overseeing all aspects of risk to safeguard the firm's operating integrity and protect long-term enterprise value. This role involves providing independent oversight of fiduciary investment, operational, financial, and regulatory risks while ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and parent organization's risk framework. The position requires advising the Board and senior management on material risk matters and fostering a strong risk culture across the organization.
