Chief Risk Officer

The Chief Risk Officer serves as a key second line of defence role, driving the risk agenda across DUAL UK and holding Senior Management responsibility under the SMCR. This position oversees the risk and governance infrastructure, compliance advisory, data protection, and financial crime functions while ensuring alignment with the wider Howden Group Risk Management approach. The role involves acting as a primary contact for regulators, managing the risk and control framework, and providing strategic guidance to the Executive Committee and Board.
