Chief Steward

The Chief Steward leads and supervises the stewarding team across all kitchens, restaurants, bars, and event spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene. This role involves managing dishwashing operations, inventory, staffing schedules, and compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations. The position requires coordinating with culinary and food & beverage leadership to support daily operations and special events while maintaining cost-control objectives.
