Chief Steward

The Chief Steward leads the Stewarding team at Regent Kuala Lumpur to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness across all kitchen and F&B outlets. This role enforces hygiene and sanitation standards, manages departmental costs, and oversees the preparation and storage of kitchen equipment to ensure a seamless guest experience. The position involves supervising a team, handling budget and headcount planning, and ensuring compliance with Regent's standards of excellence.
