Chief Steward

The Chief Steward leads the Stewarding team at the Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role involves supervising daily operations, maintaining equipment and inventory, and supporting the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team. The position requires a strong leader who can manage a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards.
