Chief Steward

The Chief Steward enforces the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food processing facilities and operating equipment, ensuring compliance with company, AAA 5 diamond, and LQA Benchmarking standards. This role involves supervising the stewarding department, managing dish room operations, and overseeing sanitation, equipment maintenance, and banquet support. The position requires leading a team to maintain Back of House areas, enforce health and safety regulations, and manage inventory and supply requisitions.
