About this role
The CTO will set and execute Civis Analytics' technical vision and architecture, owning cohesion between the core data platform and a growing portfolio of AI products. Reporting to the CEO, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in systems, delivery, and technical tradeoffs. The CTO will lead and grow a cross-functional engineering and product organization while representing Civis externally.
