Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer will own the engineering organisation, technology strategy, and infrastructure for a global fintech group operating a prop trading firm and a regulated CFD broker. Reporting to the Group Co-Founders, this role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and velocity of the group's trading and brokerage platforms. The position involves leading architectural decisions, building shared platform infrastructure, and driving an AI-native engineering culture across multiple international hubs.
