Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Chubb Life Vietnam is a pivotal technology leadership role responsible for shaping the market's technology agenda and enabling the next phase of digital, operational, and customer transformation. This role involves leading a high-impact technology organization, modernizing critical platforms, strengthening engineering capability, and translating regional and global technology priorities into measurable business value for Vietnam. The CTO will serve as the enterprise technology leader for Vietnam, accountable for technology strategy, platform delivery, operational resilience, information security, cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory compliance, and technology investment. Working across local, regional, and global stakeholders, the CTO will build momentum for change, strengthen trust in technology delivery, and create the modern engineering and operating capabilities needed to support sustainable growth.
