Child and Family Case Worker

The Child and Family Case Worker leads case management for complex, vulnerable families at risk of entering the Child Protection system within the Intensive Family Support Service. This role involves providing therapeutic and in-home practical care to support families and develop collaborative case plans to address their presenting concerns. The position aims to keep children safe and achieve family goals through weekly home visits over a 12-month period.
