About this role
A Child and Family Practitioner with UnitingCare Queensland provides holistic, community-based support to families whose children are at risk of out-of-home placement or require reunification. The role focuses on engaging families in their homes to improve child safety, wellbeing and family functioning. This is a full-time maximum term position based in Underwood through to August 2026.
