Child Care Staff

This position supports the YMCA's mission by providing care for children at a school site before and after school or during the summer. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment while maintaining compliance with MSDE regulations and promoting youth development. The staff member will assist with program activities, maintain safety standards, and communicate with parents and school staff.
