Child Care Worker

The Child Care Worker provides flexible and responsive support to classrooms serving children ages 2–5 at the Linn County Child Development Center, ensuring consistent supervision, safety, and assistance during daily routines. This role involves floating between classrooms to maintain adult-child ratios and assisting lead staff with meal service, toileting, behavior support, and maintaining a clean environment.
