About this role
The Mental Health & Developmental Clinician provides intensive, home-based early childhood mental health services for families with young children (prenatal–5) as part of the evidence-based Child First program. Working alongside a Care Coordinator, the clinician uses Child-Parent Psychotherapy to strengthen caregiver-child relationships, support healthy development, and address trauma and chronic stress. The role focuses on serving children and families affected by developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges across community and home settings.
