About this role

The Child Life Activity Technician works in a hospital setting to create engaging, developmentally-appropriate experiences for pediatric patients and their families. They lead activities, volunteer interactions, and collaborate with clinical teams to support healing and reduce stress during hospital stays.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Child Development, Family Studies, Education, Psychology, or related field; OR high school/GED plus 30 hours of coursework in a related field; OR Florida DCF Birth–Five Training Certificate; OR 5 years’ pediatric experience.
