Child Watch Associate

The Child Watch Associate provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 8 years, ensuring parents have peace of mind while their children are cared for. This role involves active supervision, intentional engagement, and consistent safety practices to foster each child’s growth, learning, and sense of belonging. The associate works under the supervision of the Member Service Director to maintain a positive, developmentally appropriate setting.
