Childcare Director

The Childcare Director leads a team of early childhood educators to create and implement high-quality programming while managing the center’s daily operations at the Cynthia White Children’s Center. This role involves building strong partnerships with families, nurturing each child’s healthy development, and ensuring an inclusive environment where children can thrive. The Director is also responsible for developing and managing the center’s annual operating budget in consultation with the Chief Financial and Operations Officer.
