About this role

KenCrest is seeking a ChildFind Outreach Coordinator to provide outreach, education, and referral support to families in transitional housing and early learning centers in Philadelphia. The role involves conducting approximately 10 site visits per week to engage families in accessing Infant/Toddler Early Intervention services while maintaining accurate records of activities and referrals.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly site visits to engage families in infant/toddler early intervention services
Develop and maintain partnerships with transitional housing programs and early learning centers
Educate families and community partners about available early intervention resources
Support families through the early intervention referral process using required documentation
Maintain timely and accurate records of outreach activities and referrals
