About this role
A Children, Young People and Family Practitioner at Waythrough delivers evidence-based substance misuse support to children, young people (under 25) and their families across Lewisham. The full-time, permanent role is based at Winslade Way with co-location across local services and uses a whole-family, trauma-informed approach. The post works collaboratively with multidisciplinary, education, health and community partners to improve outcomes and resilience for young people and families.
