Remedies Renewing Lives
The Children's Advocate participates in a multidisciplinary team to deliver residential and non-residential domestic violence program services, utilizing an empowerment-based, trauma-informed approach to support child survivors. The role involves developing and implementing individualized service plans, providing counseling and advocacy, and facilitating educational and recreational activities for children and families. This position also supports the agency's 24-hour hotline and shelter services while maintaining professional relationships with clients, staff, and community agencies.
