Jefferson Center for Mental Health
The Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Program Coordinator oversees day-to-day clinical operations of the CSU at Jefferson Center, including hiring, training, supervision, and documentation for a team of clinicians and residential counselors. Working three 12‑hour shifts per week on site, the role coordinates treatment, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings for children and youth in crisis stabilization.
