Children's Pastor

The Children's Pastor provides visionary leadership for Central Kids, leading a healthy ministry that intentionally reaches, connects, disciples, and sends children and families. This role equips parents as primary disciple makers, develops ministry leaders, and partners with the Next Gen team to create a seamless discipleship pathway from birth through college. The position involves strategic planning, volunteer recruitment, and staff coaching to ensure the long-term health and sustainability of the children's ministry.
