Childwatch Staff

The Childwatch Staff provides a safe, caring, and enriching environment for children ages 3 months to 10 years old enrolled in the YMCA Child Watch program. This role involves setting a positive example for children, parents, and co-workers while upholding the YMCA's mission of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The position requires maintaining open communication, ensuring child safety, and adhering to all YMCA policies and emergency procedures.
