Childwatch Staff

The Childwatch Staff provides a safe, caring, and enriching environment for children from infancy to 12 years old enrolled in the YMCA Child Watch program. This role involves maintaining a secure facility, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and upholding YMCA mission values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Staff members are expected to follow safety protocols, manage daily operations, and collaborate effectively within the childcare team.
