Childwatch Staff

This position supports the YMCA's mission by providing a safe and engaging environment for children in the childwatch area while their parents or guardians use other facility amenities. The role focuses on nurturing youth through purposeful play, ensuring their well-being, and fostering positive relationships with families and the community. It involves supervising children, maintaining program records, and participating in staff training to uphold high standards of care.
