Trafigura
The China Graduate Programme is a two to three-year initiative starting in October 2027 designed to cultivate the next generation of commodity trading talent. Successful candidates complete structured rotations across core business areas, including a Deals Desk, Operations, and Research Analysis, to build hands-on experience and a broad understanding of the trading lifecycle. High-performing graduates may progress to a further commercial rotation spanning physical and derivatives trading and business development.
