The Chrysalis House Skill Builder engages youth in a strength‑based, trauma‑informed environment, coordinating life‑skills and parenting education programming. The role includes conducting assessments, delivering curriculum, providing crisis intervention, and supervising residents during various shifts.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
