C&I A Electronics Engineering Director

The Director of Electronics Engineering oversees long-term technical strategy and lifecycle management for electronics integrated into CIMD-A electric motors. This role leads development, evaluation, testing, and sustainment of control boards, sensors, power interfaces, and firmware for commercial and industrial motor applications. The position partners with New Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field teams to ensure designs are robust, compliant, cost-effective, and supportable.
