CI Coordinator

The CI Coordinator supports plant continuous improvement efforts by utilizing LEAN manufacturing concepts and tools to analyze, track, and communicate key performance indicators. This role facilitates root cause analysis workshops to eliminate waste, reduce downtime, and improve business processes while supporting operational efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency. The position involves working with production and group managers to reduce organizational barriers and improve operational flow.
