CI Engineering

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer leads and implements Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to enhance department performance and drive key organizational initiatives. This role involves developing and sustaining process improvements using Vertiv Operating System methodologies while serving as a change agent to facilitate cultural transformation and resolve project barriers. The position requires leading business improvement projects, managing change, and training teams on CI methodologies in collaboration with department managers.
