Working with employers, governments, and community partners, Generation designs data‑driven curricula and measures outcomes to help learners gain the skills and supports needed for sustainable employment. As of early 2024 it reached 100,000 graduates—50,000 in the last two years—whose combined earnings have exceeded $1 billion, demonstrating significant scale and impact.
