CILA Staff

This role provides daily living support and assistance to individuals in a Community Integrated Living Arrangement under the supervision of the CILA Team Leader. The position involves training residents in activities of daily living, community integration, and economic self-sufficiency skills while ensuring their medication needs are met. The staff member maintains positive relationships with residents and families, handles basic household tasks, and assists with client transportation and safety procedures.
