CIP Project Manager

The CIP Project Manager plans, coordinates, and manages municipal infrastructure projects involving water, wastewater, drainage, transportation, and parks. The position oversees assigned projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout, and warranty to ensure completion within approved scope, schedule, and budget. The role involves coordinating consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and City departments to support the effective delivery of the City’s capital improvement program.
