CIRCLE Practitioner

The CIRCLE Practitioner responds to non-emergency 911 calls involving unhoused individuals, establishing positive relationships to facilitate effective communication and de-escalation. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to provide trauma-informed crisis assessment, intervention, and follow-up for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. The position requires high emotional intelligence to assess situations, regulate emotions, and develop strategies for calm and warm resolution of presenting issues.
