Circle Sales Head

This role is responsible for driving the sales of SBI Card products across an assigned circle, managing a large team of full-time and non-full-time employees, and executing location-wise sales strategies. The position involves defining execution plans, building relationships with partner banks, and ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives through structured reviews and targeted campaigns. The role also focuses on enhancing customer experience, managing escalations, and driving digital initiatives across the branch network.
