The CISC Member, Caregiver and Stakeholder Engagement Manager develops strategy and implements community outreach programs to strengthen relationships between the health plan, members, caregivers, providers, and community organizations. The role focuses on territory-based engagement planning to improve access, raise awareness of programs, and support participation in advisory and community activities. Acts as a primary liaison between clinical/administrative teams and external stakeholders to align outreach with organizational objectives.
