Cisco VoIP Engineer

This role serves as the lead engineer and subject matter expert for the organization’s Cisco VoIP and unified communications environment, responsible for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and improvement of telephony, voicemail, and contact center platforms. The position owns the full lifecycle of these systems, including hardware maintenance, software patching, backups, and disaster recovery readiness. It requires a hands-on engineer with deep technical expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies to ensure mission-critical voice and emergency calling services remain stable and secure.
