The Counselor-in-Training program at A/U Ranches provides 17-year-olds with an opportunity to develop as servant leaders before their senior year of high school. Participants gain leadership and collaborative experience while working with campers and counselors in a Christian Science environment. The role involves supporting camp sessions through lodge maintenance and dishwashing duties under the guidance of a CIT trainer.
