About this role

The Civil Design Engineer supports Aurecon's ANZ Energy team in delivering safe, innovative, and sustainable civil engineering solutions across the project lifecycle. This role focuses on designing large-scale high-voltage infrastructure, such as substations and renewable energy projects, while utilizing digital engineering tools. Candidates will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to develop detailed designs, reports, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Undertake concept and detailed design of large-scale HV infrastructure
Develop detailed civil engineering designs and technical specifications
Design earthworks, roads, and drainage layouts for energy projects
Apply knowledge of industry standards and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with offshore designers across different time zones
