Civil Design Manager

The role leads and oversees civil engineering projects, managing design teams and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It involves mentoring engineers, developing proposals and budgets, and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts across transportation, water, stormwater, and site development initiatives.
