The City of Garland is seeking an experienced Development Civil Engineer to join the Development Engineering Group to provide technical oversight for private land development and public works projects. The role supports coordination among departments, consultants, and stakeholders and contributes to planning of municipal infrastructure systems including water, wastewater, drainage, and streets. The position is focused on ensuring design and regulatory conformity while supporting the Planning Department and development review processes.
