Civil Engineer (PW)

This position performs engineering functions in support of the design and construction of City infrastructure, including streets, sidewalks, trails, storm drains, and buildings. The role involves supervising construction documents, ensuring compliance with environmental permits, and providing technical guidance to inspectors and field personnel. The Civil Engineer also manages project costs, reviews development proposals, and coordinates with various city departments and external agencies.
