About this role

The Civil Engineer leads internal and external engineering teams to ensure the technical integrity of civil design and execution across Aligned's data center developments. This role involves managing project coordination, reviewing design standards, and overseeing site development, infrastructure, and utility systems to meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering standards and quality control across all projects
Oversee civil design coordination to ensure integration with architectural, structural, and MEP systems
Troubleshoot and resolve site performance issues related to grading, drainage, and utilities
Support technical assessments of potential acquisitions and existing assets
Lead technical training and mentorship for engineering and design staff
