About this role

The Civil Engineer serves as the internal subject matter expert for new and existing site developments, leading civil design and development from initial feasibility through construction readiness. This role ensures site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure are designed and approved to support safe and compliant operations. The position partners with executive leadership, construction teams, and external firms to drive site design, secure regulatory approvals, and prepare projects for execution.

Responsibilities

Lead civil design and development of sites from feasibility through construction readiness
Evaluate and design site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure for operational efficiency
Manage permitting processes and provide technical support for regulatory approvals and construction
