Civil Engineering Manager

This role oversees the overall dam safety program and civil infrastructure maintenance at a hydropower or pump storage plant site, ensuring full compliance with Indian regulatory frameworks and statutory requirements. The position involves managing early warning systems, risk assessments, silt management plans, and civil team operations to optimize plant performance and safety. It requires leading training initiatives, maintaining critical spares inventory, and supporting plant improvement projects and digital transformation efforts. The role also includes preparing and managing budgets, implementing IMS documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal and external audit standards.
